Delta Shop Talk uses PayPal which is a payment service, that protects you, and Delta Shop Talk as well.
Checks, money orders for payment are gladly accepted.We are currently accepting credit card payment by fax only, please email or fax your request, (215) 455-1878 for an order form.

Our Shipping Limits
Delta Shop Talk processes and ships orders within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. We ship anywhere in the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days), unless an alternate shipping method is specified. Our warehouse is located near Los Angeles, California. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your location.
The map shows typical UPS delivery times in the 48 states, not total delivery time. Please remember that the time shown on the map does not include the processing of orders. You must still allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to process your order. Please allow extra shipping time during the holiday season.

UPS Tracking Numbers
UPS tracking numbers are not immediately made available to us, so we do not routinely e-mail tracking numbers to our customers. (You do receive an e-mail confirmation and order number.) Generally UPS tracking numbers are available after 3-4 business days. If you require the tracking number, e-mail customer service. Note that UPS will not have our UPS tracking number in their database before 4-5 business days.Order Status
Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order. Please provide us your website order confirmation number and order date, and include your name and complete shipping address. Delta Shop Talk’s goal is your complete customer satisfaction, and a pleasant shopping experience. Every product you buy from Delta Shop Talk Gifts must be free of defects, or you may return it within 15 days from the shipment date, for replacement or refund. There are several items that are sold from Delta Shop Talk Gifts that carry a warranty that will be with you long after the 15 days have expired. If you are not pleased with a product, you can get in touch with us at custserv@deltashoptalk.com or you can go to the Contact Us Section in our web site. For a refund or replacement, e-mail us and tell us what the reason is you are unhappy with the product, and give us the customer transaction or order number from PayPal. Then Delta Shop Talk will E-Mail you the instructions on how to return the products, and after we receive the product back, we will send you a refund, if that is what you wish. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you have questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us about it, because your complete customer satisfaction is what we want.
